Just had the most amazing gastronomic experience in Italy! We decided to go with the a la carté menu. The food was on point, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and I even had the chef come to our table to make my birthday dessert! Big thanks to my husband for this great surprise!

We were very disappointed by the food for a Michelin star restaurant. Loving truffles we opted for the white truffle menu. The Brokkoli soup tasted like spinach had ice in it and you could hardly taste the truffle, not great🥲 The beef tartar was lovely, the bruschetta rolls it was served on very greasy and not yummy. The beef was very well prepared and tasty , the rose water sorbet was sooooo bad I had to neutralize my tastebuds with a chewing gum. The apple tarte was nice , the truffle ice cream fantastic but didn’t match the cake. Melted truffle icecream would better go with French fries 🍟;) The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service was extremely good and the wine as well. The red wine glasses looked cheap. In total I wouldn’t go back, I preferred our lunchtime restaurant which cost just a quarter of that.

Dining at Ristorante Quadri was nothing short of spectacular! The restaurant is beyond charming and has incredible attention to detail. One of my favorite features is the flying lion, a perfect nod to Venice’s iconic symbol, and other tasteful taxidermy animals throughout the space. The wallpaper subtly incorporates the faces of the owners and is surprisingly tasteful and elegant, adding a unique personal touch. Even the water glasses are custom-designed to fit perfectly in your hand. The food was phenomenal, the service was exceptional, and we absolutely loved the staff — they went above and beyond to make our experience special. The only thing to note is that if you order à la carte, the portions are pretty generous, so keep that in mind when planning your meal.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of Venice! With the possibility of reserving a table with a view of Venice's main landmarks, a pleasant surprise is the cultured and helpfull staff who guide you through a gastronomic journey inspired by Venice's heritage with proper recommendations. I tried the 4-act menu – 16 smaller portions in 4 acts (appetizer, "primi e secundi piatti," and dessert). Excellent recommendations go to the almost umami risotto with cuttlefish ink (9/10), cold spaghettini with raw fish (09/10), and veal sweetbread with saffron béarnaise sauce (9/10). To finish, we were enchanted by the plum puree with gorgonzola and sesame ice cream... balanced, fine, tasty, and in some parts creative!
