Our Philosophy

Toula’s Seaside was created when our self-educated Head Chef, through her love for gastronomy, discovered – inevitably but not by chance – the necessity of redefining the magnificent Greece’s culinary heritage. Our aim is to approach, express, present as well as prepare recipes – always with adherence to Mother Nature and the principles of recycling processes – honouring our culinary heritage from a contemporary perspective.

Fresh ingredients play a vital role in contemporary Greek cuisine, which are also a vital part of our team’s philosophy. Our Chef and her team pick every product used in recipes from our privately held organic garden, situated in the same area as our restaurant. Vegetables, herbs, fruit and spices contribute to the creation of pure tastes and cocktail flavours. Now, keep in mind that Mother Nature offers everything that may help us savour the taste of simplicity.

    Amazing! We walked round from Kaminaki Beach and received a very warm welcome. The food and service were absolutely second to none. So much so, we did the walk again and went back, we love it here, thank you team Toula!

    Maybe I just made the wrong dish choices, but what I had left the impression of a highly overrated place. Both the starter and the main course were oversalted. The shrimp mille-feuille turned out to be more of a mushroom (julienne-style) pastry at a shrimp price. The staff claimed there were shrimps in the sauce, but they were barely noticeable. The pasta with fish was okay, but average — nothing memorable. Only the dessert (a lemon-based one) was truly good. The place tries to present itself as fine dining — edible flowers in every course (starter, main, dessert) and cocktails probably serve as the main signifier. €106 for one person (cocktail, glass of wine, water, starter, main, dessert, and coffee).

    The food is incredible delicious, so many different dishes, full of flavor!! The service is super nice, very kind and nice people!! The environment was amazing, sea views and beautiful landscapes!

    The food was really fresh and tasty but not cheap. They wanted to charge over 5 euros for some olive oil. The staff were friendly but could have smiled more and seemed stressed. We had to wait for the menus despite asking 3 times. This is not a rustic type taverna, more high end food, in which case I would have expected better service.

    We have been to many places in the world, eaten some of the best food, and had the best views. I must say that coming to Toula's was like a gift from heaven, the experience, decor, staff, and especially the food, were absolutely magnificent. Rarely do we go twice to the same place, but went out of our way to come here a second time, on the day of our departure. The signature dish for us was the calamari carbonara, which is one of my all time favorite dishes. Thank you for caring and providing us with such memorable experiences :)
