Porto Zante was an amazing experience. After arriving in Zakynthos, we followed the GPS directions toward the hotel. We turned down a non-descript dirt road that came to an end. There was a locked chain link gate in front of us and very large wooden gates to the left with no markings. As we were debating about the accuracy of the location, a gentleman appeared and asked if he could help us. We said we were looking for Porto Zante and he asked our name. He then opened the gate to reveal a second locked gate that was then opening. I felt like I was in a James Bond movie. As we parked and got out of the car, we were greeted by five Porto Zante employees, welcoming us and thanking us for visiting. They assured us that they were there to make our holiday wonderful and that they we should not hesitate to make special requests. We were then escorted to our villa where champagne and fruit was waiting. The two bedroom Villa was beautifully appointed and there was no detail overlooked. From the towels to the dinnerware to the amazing speaker, it was all top drawer. The service throughout the stay was nothing short of exceptional. I've traveled extensively but would say that this was the most exception level of service I've ever experienced. With only 9 Villas, it is also extremely private. Would be a perfect place for a honeymoon and a couple's getaway. Certainly not inexpensive, but if you want to feel like royalty, this is the place. We will most certainly be going back again.

This is probably the best luxury hotel in Greece located on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. There are no rooms, only villas on the beachfront. Great for people looking for total privacy.

Very beautiful and luxurious resort with high security standards, great cuisine and very kind, friendly and always smiling staff. They are willing to go to the edge of world to make you happy and have only 2 answers to all questions: "Yes, of course" and "No problem at all". I have to mention also five star dog Beto and cat crew, which are great friends for kids and pet lovers. Definitely the best villa resort in Europe.
