Nestled in the heart of the small seafront village of La Napoule, L’Oasis, a true Azurean institution since 1954, unveils its Comptoir Gourmand, both tea room and gourmet restaurant.
The intimate address opens its courtyard of flavors from lunch to dinner and immerses its guests in a gourmet universe around the best caviars, a fine selection of iodized products and the know-how of its chefs.
In the intimacy of its mythical garden, combining contemporary and Provencal inspirations, noble and natural materials, works of art and Mediterranean scents to bring out all the pleasures of the senses, the experience captivates epicureans and connoisseurs, from its chic dishes to the refined creations of its pastry chef.
To complete the journey, Pascal Paulze, sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015, orchestrates a menu that is as rich, diversified as it is enlightened. From great classics to confidential nectars and young talents, the selection of the Comptoir Gourmand de L’Oasis is a reflection of the passion of its sommelier-storyteller and promises unforgettable tasting moments.
For 25 years, Pascal Paulze has been building a cellar as rich, diversified as it is enlightened, undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in the South of France. From confidential nectars to the biggest labels, it is with open hearts and noses that Pascal invites us on a journey of the senses. Fine palates rejoice! Since December 17, Pascal Paulze has officiated at La Cave de L’Oasis where his oenological nuggets are just waiting to be yours!
The address is also the cellar of the Domaine de Barbossi offering free tasting and direct sale of confidential nectars from the Mandolo vineyard.

a year agoThe famous L'Oasis located in Mandelieu La Napoule for being a Michelin restaurant was a pleasant tasting experience. Tasty and somewhat exquisite starters and main courses. Very nice atmosphere with a green space ( which could have much more potential if taken care of and cleaner). On the other hand the service was unpleasant, confusing and no refinement at all. 2 impersonal employees who do nothing to make us feel at home. Deplorable to say the least. It could have a lot of potential. It stayed for the fantastic food.

7 years agoReviewing this for L'Etage the bistro L'Oasis runs next door. Lunch time set menu is fantastic value for money, as you would expect from 2 Michelin starred establishment. Food is excellent and service reflects the more laid back environment. On a separate note the Patisserie attached is utterly fantastic....if you're down here for a while work your way through all that's on offer!!

6 years agoThis restaurant is one of my favourite in Côté d'Azur. Great place with nice interior garden, quite tables in corner for privacy, new menu each time from top chief and friendly and professional stuff. Amazing wine list with reasonable prices. Top place for romantic dinner or friends party or family birthday!
