When the evening comes, the restaurant of the U Capu Biancu hotel welcomes its guests in a cozy atmosphere of sharing and good food. You can contemplate the sunset from the terrace or the panoramic living room. And we enjoy identity cuisine.
A cuisine that is invented to the rhythm of the seasons, the markets, the fisheries. Which adapts to our vegetable garden, to our chickens, to the day’s harvest. A spontaneous cuisine which is available in ephemeral menus: three starters, three main courses and three different desserts every day, thus preserving the freshness of the flavors of Corsica, and keeping gourmet appetites on alert.

6 months agoThe lobster is dry in linguine with lobster (It seems to be a frozen lobster). The octopus is overcooked, like a coal.. Waiter didn't warn us that there is lactose in stuffed vegetables (I have lactose intolerance). Over-salted food. A disappointing dinner on our anniversary... We will not return and we will not advise our guests…

3 years agoAmazing view, very good fast and friendly service. Food wise, we were also very impressed: amazing lobster linguine, good fish dishes, lots of healthy options and our desert was also superb. Portions are generous. Kids menu is also very good and generous portions.

2 years agoI‘m really disappointed. The location is beyond beautiful and we (a group of 9) were really looking forward to this dinner. We are used to pay high prices for (good!!) food (we come from Switzerland) but the price performance ratio was horrible. The service was seriously bad with not even one waiter offering a smile, ignored us for an hour and the wine waiter getting huffy because we wanted to quickly check his recommendation online (a very expensive recommendation). They were not able to share a bottle between us, it was empty arriving at the last person, so they just brought us another overpriced bottle. The food was disappointing too, on the plate was the very minimum of what was possible (imagine 2 teeny tiny crumbs of fish in a bland fish soup). One of us even received something else than ordered without asking, because the dish ordered „run out“. In the end we paid 160 EUR per person and left with a very unsatisfied feeling and the good mood we left there too. Not recommended.

5 months agoThe hotel restaurant located outside the center of Bonifacio is a true haven of peace, hidden in the middle of the maquis by the sea. Accessible by a track, this ideal place for relaxation offers an idyllic setting for young and old. The hut on the beach is a real pleasure, and going down to the seaside to relax in a gazebo is a magnificent experience. It is the perfect place to enjoy the calm and natural beauty of the surrounding area.
