If we accept the premise that Mallorca is a mini-paradise on earth, this restaurant occupying the luxurious St. Regis Mardavall hotel can be considered one of its greatest treasures, enhanced further by works of art by Miró. Here, the harmonious cuisine of Canary Island chef Miguel Navarro showcases a mix of fine taste, technique and creativity, as well as a culinary expertise that emphasises his training under his mentor Martín Berasategui. His dishes are presented on two creative menus: Origen, featuring recipes that have helped consolidate his reputation; and Recorrido, a menu that includes new culinary creations inspired by the chef’s most recent travels to South America, Jamaica and the southeastern states of the US. These are complemented by a concise à la carte plus a vegetarian menu. The views from the romantic terrace, embellished with striking sculptures and with the Mediterranean as a backdrop, are truly stunning.

5 months agoI celebrated my birthday here and it was an unforgettable experience. The meal was luxurious and perfect in every way, with phenomenal service and breathtaking views from the terrace. We had the tasting menu and each dish was a masterpiece, both in creativity, presentation and flavor. The wine pairings, recommended by the sommelier, were equally impressive. While the price is on the (much) higher side, it's truly worth every single penny for such a remarkable and memorable experience :)

4 months agoWe came to Es Fum to celebrate our anniversary. We had a lovely time. The food was delicious and was a set-out-like journey. the waiters and waitresses were all knowledgable and lovely.

6 months agoForget the price you have to experience this talented chefs cuisine. He's worked with some of the best chefs in the world, and now he is showing his talents. The salt baked Pigeon was simply stunning and cooked to perfection, also carved from the bone with finesse. I'll be back...

10 months agoExceptional experience, every dish was really delicious and made with perfect combinations of flavours and colors. The service was perfect, waiters and sommelier did a really great job presenting wines and courses that were made with prestigious and superbly good ingredients. Really impressed with this experience. Chef, originally from La Gomera came to greet us and present himself after the dinner and made a special cake-dessert offered by the restaurant to me for my birthday. No need to say it was exquisite and a much appreciated surprise! Definitely recommend to whoever comes to Palma De Mallorca. Price was high but absolutely worth every penny!
