We recommend arriving at this restaurant before the sun goes down so that you can enjoy the spectacular sunset in this breathtaking setting with its view of the Aeolian islands. Meanwhile, skilful chef Davide Guidara’s cuisine is just as exciting as the setting, thanks to his single tasting menu prepared in the open-view kitchen. The menu features around twenty small plates prepared by this young and exceptionally talented chef – it’s no surprise that he has already won Michelin’s Best Young Chef award.
He enjoys playing with culinary techniques and makes the most of his home-grown produce by using preservation methods such as fermentation, maceration, pickling and salting and then using these preserves along with seasonal ingredients in his dishes.
His decidedly personalised cuisine can be paired with original vegetable cocktails (most of which are non-alcoholic), although wine-enthusiasts will be pleased to hear that a wine list is also available. The excellent desserts are prepared by top pastry chef Gianluca Colucci, while the young front-of-house team help to make the evening special with their friendly, attentive service and their ability to put guests immediately at ease. I Tenerumi is a truly unmissable gastronomic experience!

5 months agoOne of the most unique fine dining experiences we ever had. We had an incredible time with unique tastes accompanied by fruit cocktails like onion mango (it tasted great). If you are interested in an unconventional experience at the highest level this is your place.

a year agoGenuinely one of the worst vegan tasting menus I've had in my life. Like everyone else says, the seating is just awful. They sit you on beanbags on uneven ground. Several members at our table were constantly falling down because they're impossible to sit on. I guess it's a fun idea, but not well executed. The view is beautiful, of course, and the resort is wonderful. None of the dishes were very good, and several were very bad. The circular bread stick that's in all the photos is dry, bland, and flavorless. We each ate one bite and no more. The bread provided was odd, and not very tasty. Most of the dishes were bland or uninspired. Lots of tomato and lemon dishes, generally too acidic. I couldn't finish some of the dishes. The special drink pairing was randomly brought out for some dishes and not for others. And sometimes brought out way before or way after the food. They pretty much all tasted the same. If the food is not good, the desserts were even worse. By that time, we had all had enough and barely ate them. The service was also quite bad. Our server spilled multiple times bringing drinks over. One time they spilled on someone, and they didn't apologize at all, nor did they bring a new, full glass. They just left. Another time they tripped in a hole in the grass, and somehow wanted to blame our table for the hole, possibly caused by the bean bag. Not only that, one of our members was constantly slipping, and a server came over to pull the bean bag up, but ended up shoving them partially off the bag. Just all around genuinely awful, and I can't recommend anyone looking for a vegan tasting menu go here, especially considering the price.

9 months agoAfter tryimg out all good restaurants in the eolian islands especially after the vegetarian Ristorante Signum in Malfa this restaurant is just a dissapointment. The food is very simple, too fast served and not a star worthy. The service is chaotic, the take away plates while the other one eats. The restaurant ambiente itself is very simple like a diner and most disturbing inside the restaurant a barbecue and the whole air is filled with smoke. Not to mention cloth and hair smell badly afterwards. Very very disapointing

a year agoOne of the best vegetarian restaurants I have been to. Location and service are exceptional, but the unique food was certainly a highlight of our entire trip. Its a once in a lifetime experience.

a year agoSunset dinner on the “lawn” with live classical music. Uncomfortable bean bag seats, we had them replaced in no time. Next, beautiful presentation. Small portions creative vegan flavours. Surprisingly, the flavour was repetitively sour one dimensional
