Nammos Mykonos

I went here for lunch with a group of girlfriends and the food wasn’t served at the same time — everyone had their meal except for two of my friends. When their food finally arrived, it was cold. We sent the pasta back to the kitchen, but after 20 minutes they still hadn’t received anything. By then, the rest of us had already finished eating, so we told the waiter that we no longer wanted the pasta. The pasta never came, and we thought the issue was resolved — until we got the bill and were charged €100 for the pasta we never received. After an extremely long argument, during which the staff were incredibly rude and started yelling, we finally got a revised bill without the pasta. This revised receipt was thrown right in my face. Crazy!!! Used to come here every year but not anymore. Disgusting food and rude staff. Would recommend everyone to avoid this terrible place! There’s plenty of other nice places in Mykonos.

The setting is undeniably chic, and the prices reflect that — which is perfectly fine when the experience matches. You come here for the atmosphere and the prestige, not for a bargain, and that’s understood. What’s unacceptable is being subtly pressured into leaving a 20% tip — especially when the service is far from deserving... I’m always happy to reward good service, but in this case, the attitude and attention simply didn’t match the place’s standards. A beautiful facade only goes so far — true luxury should never need to ask for appreciation. It should earn it!!!

The place is beautiful, and the table service staff are great. However, the girls at the reception are among the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I had made my reservation since the beginning of May, and even canceled another booking just for this one — yet the way they handled things was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you want to ruin your whole day, try talking to them to arrange your reservation. It will ruin the experience.

What was supposed to be a beautiful afternoon with a nice swim and some drinks turned into nothing but disappointment. I really recommend reading the reviews before coming here. The staff were cold and inattentive, and the prices were ridiculously high for what you actually get. We didn’t even want to leave a tip, but were told we had to, which felt completely wrong. To be honest, the whole place gave off a scammy vibe, from the way the staff looked at us to the awkward, uncomfortable atmosphere. I’d say avoid it if you can.

Our experience at Nammos beach was pleasant until it wasn’t. The hostesses are not transparent about sunbed pricing, misleading guests. We were told it would be €100 for 3 sunbeds. The beds are €100 each with an extra €100 for an umbrella which we had initially asked to be moved, to which we were told no. To see it as a charge on the bill is not remotely transparent. Upon querying all of these hidden charges, we were told we had “misunderstood” which felt a lot like gaslighting. Next time will just sit on the free beach 2 metres away as monopolising nature is not something I would like to support. For the overall price paid (€550) I would expect significantly better. Management were unreceptive to feedback, despite their many responses to similar reviews below.
