5 months agoLoved this beach club. Everything was great accept for the vibe and music. Same playlist all day, mainstream pop music, heard the same songs for 4-5 times, had to run away from it. Everything else was great, including service and food quality

8 months agoGreat place with family for a leisure lunch and time at the beach. Service very attentive and friendly. In the summer I can imagine it to be very busy. Has lounge seating, a private beach and close to the mega yachts. It is on the quieter side of the La Croisette.

5 months agoI recently visited L'Ecrin Beach Club in Cannes and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, especially considering the high price of €130 for two sunbeds in the fourth row. I arrived at 10 AM, with the beach completely empty, and requested to be moved to a row closer to the water. I explained to the receptionist that I wouldn’t be staying the whole day and asked to be relocated to a cooler and quieter spot until the other guests for the front rows arrived. Despite the beach being empty, the receptionist refused my request, claiming that all the sunbeds in the front rows were booked for arrivals throughout the morning. To my surprise, when I left at 12:30 PM, the beach was still nearly empty (see picture). It was frustrating to see that my reasonable request was denied without cause. The location itself is beautiful, and the sea is stunning. However, due to the poor customer service and rigid policies, I will not be returning to L'Ecrin Beach Club. It’s a shame because I would have loved to come back in the following days, but I cannot justify spending that much money to be treated so poorly.

5 months agoWhen you order sushi and pour the soya sauce and it’s full of flies (not one bottle but all the bottles). So we call the waiter and surprisingly he says sorry I can’t control the insects!! Complete joke.. Worst food worst service & unfriendly atmosphere..
