3 weeks agoSpilia is a truly unique dining experience in Mykonos, offering delicious food in an incredible setting. The atmosphere is simply breathtaking, making it a must-visit spot. The sea urchin, taramasalata, and lobster pasta are absolute must-tries – fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. As the evening progresses, the music gets louder, and the place fills up with people, creating a vibrant party-like atmosphere. If you enjoy that kind of energy, you’ll love it here! Chef Stavros took great care of us, ensuring a fantastic dining experience. Just keep in mind that reservations are essential!

5 months agoThis is one of the best places to have seafood in island, specially octopus & lobster . tables have 2-3 hrs stay time, they have DJ, and the party starts around 4:30-5:00 pm, so better to book it later if you wanna enjoy the party as well. Never try it without booking in high season. No wheelchair access, ladies avoid 👠 here. Too many steps.

5 months agoOur group of 4 went vacationing in Greece from 9-15-24 to 9-23-24. While in Mykonos, we saw that Spilia was a restaurant in a cave and we made a reservation for 9-18-24 (a Wednesday) for 8pm. We did read the reviews and some of the reviews on Google were not that good and other reviews were great. We were not sure if we should keep the reservation but we decided to take a chance and had dinner here. We were all glad that we did go to Spilia for dinner. Now it was during the week and at the beginning of the off season for tourists and when we arrived it wasn't busy where we were seated (maybe 3 other groups of people dining). We were seated right away, the service was great, and the view/atmosphere was beautiful. We were seated next to the water with a view of the moon coming up behind an island and when that was happening there was a light show on the island with music. The food was also excellent (appetizers of bruschetta and grilled octopus and meals of king crab spaghetti, tuna, and the Greek salad). All were very good and the waiter took the crab meat out of the leg tableside for the 2 that ordered it. Also dessert was delicious and yes there were expensive bottles of wine on the wine list but also reasonably priced bottles as well. Yes it was a pricey meal overall but worth it for us. We had a great experience at Spilia and would recommend going there. Like I said, it may be a better time going during the week and when it's the off season since a lot of the bad reviews we read were a few weeks ago when it was still the busy season. Thank you Spilia for the great dinner while we were in Mykonos!!

7 months agoOne of the most breathtaking views in Mykonos. Nestled right on the edge of the rocky coastline. The ambiance is magical, The music is lively, and the crowd knows how to have a good time. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the incredible setting and vibrant atmosphere, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. For a place that promises an upscale experience, the lackluster service was disappointing and took away from what could have been a perfect evening.

7 months agoThe funniest thing is seeing all the people arriving to the restaurant from boars of from this little walk through the sea which looks like improvised. All food was nice is just so cool to arrive and sit under this huge cave. I wouldn’t repeat tho.
