9 months agoMe and my husband had dinner here a few days ago the service was so nice our waitress Nikos was the sweetest. Excellent food experience we had the tasting menu everything was so good and even they are a lot of dishes the bring them you on the perfect size so you manage to eat and taste everything and of course the view of the table was speechless.

a year agoIncredible fine dining experience in Zakynthos. Melia offers the most romantic setting, with views of Kefalonia island, the sea and the hotel’s pool. The service is remarkably friendly and impeccably trained, from the hostess to table service. The food was very creative and tasty, we attended lobster night which served lobster in some dishes. However, the menu felt short and we left still hungry - with 5 tempos + amuse-bouche, the portions sizes were disappointing, specially for the €145/pax (we’ve been to tasting menus with fewer tempos more fulfilling than this one).

a year agoWe had a fantastic time here for our anniversary. The ocean front tables are a great experience. The food was also really good. The tasting menu contained a selection of twists on regional Ionian food.

2 years agoMy husband and I had a lovely dinner here during our stay at Lesante Blu. We got about 11 different dishes, which were mostly local cuisine, but with more refined taste (including a Zakynthian pie, Rooster pastitsada, Avgolemono and Sofrito veal). Costed us about €125 p.p. without drinks. I would recommend if you are looking for a romantic dinner with fabulous views and also want to try local cuisine with more refined presentation.

2 years agoWe had made advance reservations here and highly anticipated our evening at Melia but it was - at best - a mediocre experience. We paid 290€ to have a starter & a main each and an 85€ bottle of wine. This was followed by 3rd starter dish, because the portions were insultingly small (total of 5 dishes, no dessert). The food was ok (neither bad nor great) but nowhere near worth the price tag. The wine we ordered was not available (we were told only 3 labels were unavailable) so we ordered another one which was not available either. The set up is nice (especially if you get a front row table with sea views) but geared to impress the louder tastes. Definitely not returning and would have preferred to visit another restaurant during the limited time we had in Zakynhtos.
