Aeolian places are magical, creating something enchanting, difficult to describe but which have to be experienced, like a third-millennium Robinson Crusoe, yet anchored in the essence and authenticity aroused by a glimpse of the port of Panarea.

Cusiritati is primarily about the chance to live an island life on the island. There are astonishing traditional Aeolian dishes from grandmama’s recipes, and others offer a more modern kind of food, but still heart-warming and substantial.     I went 5 times in 2 weeks. By far my favorite restaurant in Panarea. Frederika, the owner is amazing, passionate and knowledgeable. Try the pasta in fish stew! Great tasting menu. For a gourmet restaurant in Panarea the prices are fair - $20-30 for first, and $30-40 for second. Location is gorgeous overlooking the sea and the design/tableware are all highly considered.

    Been visiting this stunning place during a stopover to Stromboli recently. It offers tables also for larger groups (we had been 7). The ambiente is excellent and so is the food and staff. The meals are excellent as well, although pricey. It has been an incomparable stay anyway and we enjoyed it much. Broken Italian our end and broken English of the staff made orders a bit difficult. Small misunderstandings could be cleared out anyway. Must visit place for everyone who comes to Panarea and likes usual and also unusual but very tasty combinations of Eolian kitchen. My personal favorite had been fish (Dentex, never heard before) fried in herb breading accompanied by lemon mint sorbet (see picture).

    Dear Cusititati Team, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary culinary experience we had at your restaurant in Panarea. From start to finish, everything was simply fantastic! The ambiance is charming and inviting, the service was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The menu offers a wonderful selection of delicious dishes. Each dish was masterfully prepared, presenting a successful blend of flavors. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the creative reinterpretation of traditional flavors. The wine recommendations were also excellent, perfectly complementing the culinary experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Cusititati. Thank you very much, and continued success! P.S.: They have the best pistachio ice cream here :-)

    This was the best restaurant we ate at while on the aeolian islands. Food was spectacular and the view of the sea was perfect. We also did a boat tour of Stromboli and Panarea with our incredible skipper, Francesco. I highly recommend doing the boat tour for some swimming and then eating at the restaurant for lunch. Francesco was very knowledgeable and knew the best places to swim.
