The chef patron Giacomo Caravello in the short span of a few years has created his “space” in the area, definitely becoming one of the best places in Milazzo: the contemporary interiors are truly refined and airy, while the cuisine–which grows year after year–is assured thanks to modern techniques and Sicilian and Mediterranean references. The wine selection is accompanied by an intriguing range of cocktails.
The space, studied in the smallest details, is made dynamic by resin materials and metropolitan references. At the entrance, a relaxation area welcomes customers who love to entertain themselves by enjoying an aperitif or an after-dinner cocktail. Here, the gaze crosses the large room until it discovers the wonder of an internal garden that reveals itself through the large windows. A rare oasis of quiet, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, the creativity of the chef’s dishes, intimacy and conviviality. The kitchen, the heart of the space, is inserted in a glass cube that gives the opportunity to watch the creation of each dish from the front row and from which the chef Giacomo Caravello interacts and dialogues with the diners seated at the chef’s table.

3 months agoIt’s always a nice confirmation. The chef and his personnel are able to offer a trip among Sicilian cuisine and elegant innovations. Every time I’m in town I want to pay a visit to this restaurant.

7 months agoAn absolute jewel. We have been travelling through Sicily and this is perhaps the spot where we have found the best food in the island. We found it by chance, close to the harbour where our ferry from Salina left us, and it was fantastic. The tagliatelle were minimalistic but delicious, and everything just worked well. If you stop by the city, this spot is an absolute must.

4 months agoVery clean with a nice atmosphere. Open glass to the kitchen that allows you to see them create your delicious meals. Service was very good - attentive and helpful. Food was very well prepared and extremely delicious. The whole evening was a very positive one for us. The price of the meal was very reasonable considering the quality and overall experience delivered.

3 years agoHands down the best restaurant we ate at on our honeymoon in Sicily. Pleasure to watch the artists at work in the kitchen. waitstaff and sommelier were wonderful! The experience was one witch brought back the essence of positive memories and we also learned many new things. I would recommend going early if you want more attention and going late if you like the rhythm of a restaurant. We did the 9 course tasting and wine pairing and it was worth it. My favorite dish was the mackerel with caper powder and my husband’s was the beef cheek with peanut sauce but it was all wonderful. We mostly had Sicilian wines and wished we could find them again in New York. I am grateful we chose this restaurant and will dream of it again… sigh

3 years agoElegant and neat environment, great food experience and good selection of wine. Perfect for a date or a gourmet experience with a good friend. I definitely recommend the 5 (which my gf tried) or the 9 courses menù (which I chose) over some items a la cart. It worths every € spent but it’s definitely not the average seafood place you can find anywhere in Sicily. Good service and great ambience. A must to go if around Milazzo!
