Q Lounge

It is a restaurant and lounge located in the D Marin resort up im the hill between the trees. The view is just incredible if you are sitting facing the sea. The menu is interesting and high end and the service is great. The decor and the food presentation are amazing. For this fine dining experience in gocek be prepared to pay around 150 US dollars per person with one drink. But totally worth it ! I recommend you go around 7 to watch the Colors of sunset change the scenery.

TLDR: Delicious, great service but you also pay for it. We arrived via a golf cart from the hotel and we're welcomed in by very friendly and well dressed Q-Lounge employees. They took us to our cushioned seats, right at the sea side. Our main waiter introduced himself by name and told us, he was responsible for us this evening. He answered every question about the food confidently and of he didn't know something, he went straight to the kitchen and asked. The moment my glass of water was empty, he was already there for a refill. What a service! Now to the food... It was the best Sushi I've ever eaten. Sure, the portions could be a lot bigger, especially considering the price but it's the status quo in high end restaurants so it was expected. One point of criticism is the location we were seated at. While I was luckily sitting in a spot where I was blown at by a fan, my family and family friends that were with me at the time weren't so lucky. They were drenched in sweat at the end. I won't deduct any points for it though because it was not my experience. With the fan it was really comfortable. Conclusion: High end restaurant with all that comes with it. Delicious, comfortable but also quite expensive.

You can use buggy carts if staying at D-resort reaching this restaurant. But taxi service is working well in Göcek as well. The restaurant is situated on the hill right above D-marin and Blue Point Beach. The view from there is amazing. Many visitors plan their dinner here exactly for sunset observing so keep it in mind and book the table beforehand. The best place for couples willing to spend a few hours enjoying sunset is of course the desk standing right in front of the glass rail looking at the bay and islands. There are two periods of dinner now, at 6 and 9 pm, so it’s better plan right for this time. 6 pm - for sunset, 9 pm just for enjoying food and drinks. Unfortunately I personally got in there at 7 pm and had to spent 2 hrs at the table closer to the open kitchen area which was not that pleasant. What’s more the tables are pretty low so if you are a bit taller than average prepare to feel a little inconvenience, which is of course compensated by delicious food, fresh and tasty. It’s definitely the best place in the area serving Japanese food. And a separate topic is the staff, they are the precious stones of the place. The top level of politeness and attentiveness.

Fantastic views over the Göcek bay and turquoise water beach. Best place to watch the sunset. The interior is very tastefully done. Loved the sushi selection and interesting fish dishes. Music is a bit too loud though, difficult to have a relaxing conversation.

Our hotel in Fethiye highly recommended this place and made a reservation for us. So we took an Uber here (about an hour). It was worth it! Beautiful view and great atmosphere. After the dinner, they had DJ for the night. Food was okay, compared to seafood in California. But overall, I highly recommend this place.
