5 months agoSome of the tables close to the smoking area, smell very badly.. as if there is a sewage canal near by. The manager was very nice to put us on a different table, but if you go there avoid sitting there. Otherwise the food was very nice.

4 months agoThe evening was ruined by the very disrespectful attitude of the restaurant management. At the beginning we were seated at a very small and uncomfortable table, after we asked to be moved we were seated right under the air conditioner. We asked to be moved again, as the restaurant was almost empty, but we were refused. After we asked to call the manager, he refused us in a very arrogant tone. In this restaurant you are judged solely by how you are dressed and also from what country you came. This is very unpleasant, since we paid almost 1000 euros for dinner. The food is average, for such a price they could have offered more. But the main disadvantage is the narcissistic pompous managers who looked at us arrogantly and communicated in the same way. We do not recommend it - it is better to visit the neighboring restaurant Novikov, where in addition to pleasant staff, you will also be fed deliciously.

4 months agovery unpleasant management. We asked to change our table because it was very small, after which we were seated at a table where the air conditioner was blowing strongly. After we asked again politely to change the table because of the airconditioner we were refused. The restaurant was almost empty, but out of principle they did not want to change it. We asked to call the manager, but he also behaved unculturedly. Being rude and non-welcoming even stated that we changed the table 3 times and that is as good as it gets. It is a pity that such behavior spoiled our mood. For such prices, the restaurant does not reach the level of service and attitude towards customers. The waiters are pleasant, the food is average, but the manager does not know what a pleasant attitude towards customers is. Cold and disgusting attitude. We will not come back here again, although we love Cipriani.

5 months agoWe knew that it was going to be expensive, but we didn’t expect it to be such a disappointment. All dishes had very poor presentation and almost no taste. The carpaccio, costing 50 euros, was just some meat with sauce on top. The chicken was really dry and completely tasteless. The sea bass didn’t taste like sea bass at all. I ordered calamari with gambas, and I only got calamari with two gambas. The waiter insisted I order the ribeye (€80) medium, even though I prefer medium rare, and the ribeye lost all of its taste. Eventually, we ended up with a bill of 630 euros for three people. I've never had such a disappointing experience in my life while also paying this much money. No words for it. The service was good at least.
