Novikov Porto Cervo

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time in Novikov. After visiting the one in Yalikavak, this experience in of Porto Cervo surpassed the expectations. Food was great, make sure you share everything for a better experience. Service was exceptional. Definitely worth trying if looking for a special dinner. Not worth mentioning the price since you know what you’re facing when coming to this type of places.

As you can see, the restaurant is empty, we booked our table a month ago, and when we arrived the manager “Massimo” refused to give us the table in the sea view and informed us to take the one on the wall since the owner booked it! No wonder why the restaurant is empty with this type of management! It is not recommended at all. The food and the atmosphere in the wall tables are below average.

We had a reservation for 6 people at your restaurant, and we planned to arrive by boat. Unfortunately, due to unexpected weather conditions, we were unable to make it to the restaurant on time. As soon as we realized this on the morning of our reservation, I promptly contacted the restaurant to explain the situation. However, the restaurant refused to cancel our booking without charging a fee of €150 per person, totaling €900. This seems unreasonable, especially considering that many of your clients arrive by boat and are subject to weather conditions beyond their control. We were not permitted to talk with the restaurant directly but only through a service that manages multiple restaurants. We were asked to email and our emails were ignored after one reply. The restaurant is unfairly charging us, essentially taking €900 from us without providing any service. Avoid making a reservation here, because if something unexpected happens and you're unable to make it, they'll charge you regardless and keep your money. Please do not reply with a template message about how sorry you are and how much you care for customer service. This is a review for other people to be careful.

Food was average, service was great and staff super friendly and helpful, and atmosphere was nice and very nice location. And i want to mention that the cup of water has a bad smell i think the dishwasher has some problems. Finally it is a one time experience

Perfect from A to Z. The food is beautifully prepared with prime ingredients giving tasty results. The location is prime with a beautiful view on Porto Vechio. Attentive service by a well motivated staff. We will be back.
