Be prepared for a magical setting – a dazzling panoramic view, variations in the landscape below, mountains plunging into the Mediterranean. But this does not eclipse the cuisine of Justin Schmitt! This chef, who is no stranger to working in the finest restaurants, is a dab hand at cooking up modern cuisine with personality, such as octopus roasted with satay, creamy corn and smoked whisky, or John Dory, courgette flowers, prawns and verbena. The desserts are on a par and the view from the terrace is breathtaking!
Château Eza includes two outstanding food & beverage venues: 1 Michelin Starred restaurant serving à la carte Mediterranean and classic French cuisine, as well as a lounge bar with a two leveled terrace overlooking the sparkling azure waters of the French Riviera.
For a more intimate experience, guests can also enjoy dining on our private balconies with breath-taking views of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, as well as our exclusive dining room, or in the Wine Cave.

a month agoWe were not guests at the hotel, just came by for drinks after visiting the village. Lovely panorama of the whole valley, including sea views. The best service ever, excellent and nice staff, very helpful in every way. Yummy dessert;)

a week agoI went for a solo lunch at the restaurant and I had their set menu! It was v good! The staff were amazing and the ambience was very peaceful and refreshing. The attention to detail from the level of hospitality to the presentation of food was outstanding! Only slight negative I could say is the main dish which was the rabbit with prawns, I did find it a bit too salty. The view was also amazing!!!

a month agoStaff very friendly and helpful. The food was good but extremely expensive. What we didn’t like and didn’t appreciate was when they offered 2 glasses of champagne (30€each) and at the end they put it in the bill. In general the staff was nice.

6 months agoHad the pleasure of staying in this hotel and also dinning at their Michelin star restaurant and it was quite a remarkable and exclusive experience! We got seated in one of their balconies and it was almost private dinning as was there was only 1 other table in the balcony. All the dishes on their tasting menu were extremely creative with amazing presentation, and the views are as breathtaking taking as it gets. Service also 10/10. An experience I will never forget!

4 months agoLocated in the enchanted medieval village of the mountain top. Quite a unique experience. The view is spectacular and room is very nice and spacious. Service could be limited due to its location and landscape.
