The Colette restaurant in Saint-Tropez welcomes you in an exceptional setting at the Hotel Sezz. You don’t need to stay in one of the hotel’s rooms to enjoy refined cuisine in the dining room or on the terrace by the pool.
A glass surface allows you to observe the show in the kitchen where the brigade led by French chef Philippe Colinet does everything possible to satisfy his guests. The menu of the restaurant Colette proposes a vegetal and pure cuisine with Mediterranean flavours.
A luminous room with a minimalist decor, the Colette restaurant in Saint-Tropez owes its name to the famous writer who bought a small house next to the Hôtel Sezz. With chef Philippe Colinet at the helm, the restaurant has a Michelin star. The latter rewards a cuisine of great delicacy. The dishes are prepared with seasonal products and pay tribute to the flavours of the region.
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.

a year agoHere on our honeymoon and our first Michelin star restaurant! The staff was patient as our French was limited to “Enchante!” My favorite was the oyster as it unfolded into a unique delicious masterpiece. Their presentation of the lobster on the ice was exactly what I yearned for in creativity. Every dish was an explosion of satisfaction and the atmosphere rounded it all off. We will be back no matter what it takes!

a year agoGreat staff, service, and wine recommendation. Starters, dessert, and main fish course were forgettable. The calamari main was great, though. Would be 5 stars, however, considering the Michelin star, I believe 4 is fair.

9 months agoWe had an amazing meal, service was great and the food was unreal. Unfortunately at the end we asked for a 15% tip but they put 50%. When going back to explain, the girl who charged us 50% was very annoyed by it and walked off. The Maître d' was the only staff member to go out of her way to fix the issue, if you read this thank you so much for saving the evening!

7 months agoNot worth michelin star. And I have been to 50+ Michelin star restaurants. If you want to have a deception, do like I did, go try. Improvisation from the beginning to the end. Too bad...
